About NLAD
A small Indian startup building things that have to work on the day they are needed.
What we are committed to
NLAD is a startup. We build products that are reliable, available, maintainable and safe — those four words decide every argument we have about what to build next, and several times they have decided against a feature that would have looked good in a listing.
Like everyone, we have to reach customers. We have chosen to do that by making the product good enough that people tell each other about it. We spend nothing on advertising or marketing. That money goes into the product and into answering the people who already bought it.
Thank you for choosing NLAD as your trusted partner. We intend to grow, and every new product will be held to the same policies as this one.
If the product has been good to you
Because we do not advertise, a review is the only way another building hears about us. If you are satisfied, please leave your feedback on Amazon or Flipkart — it takes a minute and it is genuinely what decides whether this product survives.
If it has not
Tell us before you tell the review page, and we will try to fix it. We would rather hear about a problem than read about it. Improvements, faults, and questions all go to the same address, and a person reads every one.

Renewing your register

We answer in English, Hindi and Telugu. Please include your Asset Serial Number — it is on your admin page and on the card that came in the box — so we can find you without asking.
NLAD keeps and displays maintenance records. It does not inspect equipment, approve or supervise work, and it certifies nothing. Nothing here replaces a statutory licence, inspection or test certificate.
