This is the address for everything: support, refunds, privacy requests, a lost PIN, a damaged tag, or a question before you buy. We answer within two working days, and usually the same day.

Rather fill in a form? Tell us what happened — it asks for the few details that save a round trip, and reaches the same person.

Please include your Asset Serial Number. It is printed on your admin card and shown in Settings, and it is what lets us find you — we hold no customer accounts and no email addresses, so without it we genuinely cannot tell which building you are.

Something is broken — tell us what you tapped and what happened. A photograph of the screen helps more than a description.

A tag is damaged — replacements are free during your service term. Post a spare from your box in the meantime; any spare can be linked from your register in under a minute.

You have lost the PIN — use the backup code you saved at setup, from the login screen. You do not need us for that, and it works instantly.

You have lost both — write to us. There is a seven-day procedure with a public notice on your own tag pages, and it exists so that nobody can talk their way into taking over your register.

Because one person cannot answer a phone reliably, and a number that rings out is worse than no number at all. Everything is handled in writing, which also means you have a record of what we told you.
